During our AGM on the 9th of Jan 2020 we discussed the formation of working groups. Not everyone could attend so if you'd like to join a working group and have a say in how things are run across the deanery then choose a group from below and join the discussion!

Education Working Group - Ed Miles


This groups main aim will be all things education

- Workshops

- Teaching styles

- Feedback

- New topics

- Med Student Interface

Projects, Research and Data Working Group - Ed Miles/Mark Eveleigh


This groups main aim will be related to WARD projects across the deanery

- Listen to proposals

- Facilitate and work on chosen WARD projects

- Research projects and data

Strategy and Comms Working Group - Layth Tameem


The main aim of this group will be to:

- take over the running of the website

- run Twitter account

- send regular email updates to the WARD teams

- coordinate the sending of emails advertising WARD in the trusts to coincide with specific days eg. mental health day, Christmas.

- Develop a comms network throughout the deanery via the trust based teams

- Peer Mentor Training
