Down Dog Yoga is an app-based yoga/barre/HIIT class and during the COVID outbreak, they're making it free until April 1st www.downdogapp.com
Unmind The app offers interactive content focused on topics such as how to improve focus and talk to someone. This content is based on research in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness.
